I had a conversation with a woman that made this statement .. Learn how to
“Chill and Heal” your body.
We move around during sickness, after surgery and soreness when our bodies are screaming at us to chill and heal.
Why do we not listen to the message?
When chilling and healing is one of the best ways to restore, relax and rejuvenate.
Let the process lead us to progress in our bodies.
Just “Chill and Heal”
