Excuses we tell ourselves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. I’ll start on Monday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The gym is costly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. I love my body but it’s hard to throw away food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. I have achey knees, arthritis and high blood pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. I am a woman that does not want to mess up my hair.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Answers to our excuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Why? You do not know what will happen tomorrow … (James:13-15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. God will supply every need. (Philippians 4:19)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Give to the poor. (Proverbs 19:17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. God is a healer. (Psalms 30:2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. God knows the hair on your head. (Matthew 10:30)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Take change one step at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One meal at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
